AI Negotiation Chatbot Research Study

Thank you for your interest in this research. Our goal is to develop an AI-based chatbot that helps early-career family physicians negotiate jobs. We’ll ask you to answer a few questions about where you are in your career and how you feel about negotiating. Then, we’ll give you access to our chatbot to use for as long as you’d like to. Once you’re done, we’ll ask you a few questions designed to help us understand whether the chatbot was helpful.

This quality improvement research has been exempted from human subjects regulation by the American Academy of Family Physicians IRB. You can stop at any time. There is no compensation for participation.
