In Defense of Bunkering

Bunkering (return to the good old days, ignore current call for cost control) strategy toward resource constraints in the medical field and obtaining all beneficial services for a patient could leave others with lesser health care resources. Bailing or balancing strategies of physicians, the top-down approach in the adversary system with a centralized authority and reduction of inequity with self-regulation in the medical field are discussed.
