Review UK physician performance using patient and colleague questionnaire. Doctor/colleagues/patient groups. Colleague survey comprised 18 core items with Likert scale response. Collected only patient demographics. In fully adjusted models, the doctor’s age, sex, and ethnic group were not independent predictors of patient or colleague feedback. Neither the age or sex profiles of the patient or colleague samples were independent predictors of doctors’ feedback scores, and nor was the ethnic group of colleague samples. Foundation for doctors needing to show evidence related to fitness to practice and up to date, laid groundwork for personal development plan process.
