Effect of a professional coaching intervention on the well-being and distress of physicians: A pilot randomized clinical trial
RCT 88 physicians (IM, Peds, FM) who volunteered. Intervention was coaching sessions with professional coach. Professional coaching may be an effective way to reduce emotional exhaustion and overall burnout as well as improve quality of life and resilience for some physicians.
