Agency is messy: get used to it
Comments on the impossibility of solving the balancing act on the dual agency issue in the resolution of moral dilemma of physicians and argues that physicians should be given tools and methods for making better judgments instead of abandoning all hopes when conflicts are perceived as irresolvable. Also discussed are the societal justice issue being faced by physicians, consideration of the best interest of patients and balancing of moral claims.
